Macedonia Community Development Corporation is keen on creating a sense of pride in the community through influencing others to take pride in maintaining their homes and putting forth extra efforts to gaining valuable life skills through the various programs we offer.

Located just south of downtown Melbourne, Macedonia CDC is committed to its mission to provide affordable housing and core skills to very low-, low-, and moderate-income households and individuals through partnerships with other area nonprofits, government agencies, individuals and corporations.
